Hey folks a quick training update today as this week we have been moving the ‘lab’ to our brand spanking new home up the road.
Here is a sneak preview of the place and also a video of some clean work I was doing. Not GREAT technique but felt TREMENDOUS after it – which all helps!
Here is the session (an explosive power development emphasis)
1. Cleans 10 sets of 3 working up to around 90kg
2a Safety Bar Squats 4 sets of 10 up to 80kg
2b DB Shoulder Press 4 sets of 8
I finished with a 40m bear crawl with 12kg in each hand for time. About 2 minutes.
