Rugby Strongman Session Training

There has been alot of press coverage about implementing the right approach to applying strogman training into your training session. Here is footage of how we implemented it last saturday. With no match this was perfect to put a few of the boys through to keep that mental edge.

Exercises look easier than they probobly are. Not complicated but still using major, compound groups of muscles.
I think that kind of tasks are giving louds of satysfaction at the end of the session.
Hard and challenging but it is feasible.
