Project Al

This is more for fat boy albert to lean up after partying hard on holiday.

Basically after 10 days of keeping protein high alongside loads of veggies. Another 4 days to go with this and then we can phase in some carb days.

Without getting neurotic about counting calories this protocol is brutally simple an effective.

The nice thing is that he is still a strong bugger. Downside is that it is not the healthiest protocol to follow with too much acid in the diet.

Hi John,
I recently made a step up from J2 up to J1. I play second row and jump at 4 in the lineout. Fitness wise i am in good shape i don’t have a problem in lasting a match. I’m 32, 6ft 2 and weigh just under 14 stone. I am finding the step up to J1 tough and i am trying to build my upper body and thighs and whatever other muscle group i need to be a good jumper & 2nd rower.i have also started taking whey but i need some tips on taking it. Unfortunately with work commitments i can only get maybe 1 or 2 short gym sessions along with training a week. Can you give me some advice or tips on how to build up my body strenght?
Cheers
J C
